Diagnoza ju\u017c dawno zosta\u0142a postawiona: wi\u0119ksz\u0105 wag\u0119 nale\u017cy przy\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 do rozwoju kompetecji cyfrowych w\u015br\u00f3d nauczycieli zar\u00f3wno w szko\u0142ach, jak i na uczelniach. Pozostaje pytanie jak si\u0119 do tego zabra\u0107.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Komisja Europejska w 2017r opublikowa\u0142a <strong>DigiCompEdu<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Ram\u0119 Kompetencji Cyfrowych Nauczycieli (\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/jrc\/en\/digcompedu\">Redecer, C., Punie, Y., European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators, Joint Research Centre, Luxembourg: Publications Office of the European Union, 2017<\/a>). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Jest to\u00a0 <strong>wielofunkcyjne i elastyczne<\/strong> narz\u0119dzie do wspierania i rozwijania kompetencji cyfrowych nauczycieli. Mo\u017ce s\u0142u\u017cy\u0107 do planowania i\u00a0 monitorowania\u00a0 doskonalenia zawodowego, rozwoju czy ewaluacji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centrum e-Learningu AGH pracuje nad projektem <strong>CUTE<\/strong>, kt\u00f3rego celem jest stworzenie strategii wdra\u017cania DigCompEdu w\u00a0 uczelniach oraz opracowaniem zestawu narz\u0119dzi i dobrych praktyk, kt\u00f3re mog\u0105 wspiera\u0107 rozwijanie kompetencji nauczycieli akademickich.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wypracowane podczas projektu materia\u0142y i do\u015bwiadczenie pomo\u017ce zaplanowa\u0107 rozw\u00f3j kompetencji cyfrowych pocz\u0105wszy od <strong>budowania \u015bwiadomo\u015bci<\/strong>, po <strong>wdra\u017canie<\/strong> i <strong>ewaluacj\u0119<\/strong>. Proponowane strategie opracowywane s\u0105 dla trzech poziom\u00f3w: <strong>w\u0142adz uczelni, jednostek dydaktycznych i nauczycieli akademickich<\/strong> i maj\u0105 charakter instytucjonalny.
