Tematem przewodnim konferencji to <em>Convergence through collaboration, <\/em>kt\u00f3rej celem jest zintegrowanie mi\u0119dzynarodowego \u015brodowiska os\u00f3b zajmuj\u0105cych si\u0119 otwarto\u015bci\u0105 w aspekcie <strong>otwartych zasob\u00f3w edukacyjnych<\/strong> (Open Educational Resources),<strong> otwartego dost\u0119pu<\/strong> (Open Access) i <strong>otwartych narz\u0119dzi<\/strong> (open source). Konferencja to przede wszystkim przestrze\u0144 do wymiany do\u015bwiadcze\u0144, promocji otwarto\u015bci i dobrych praktyk oraz dyskusji nad kszta\u0142tem strategii i polityk zwi\u0105zanych z otwartymi zasobami i otwartym dost\u0119pem.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Konferencj\u0119 otworzy\u0142 panel \u201e<strong>Opening up Poland<\/strong>\u201d, kt\u00f3rego celem by\u0142a prezentacja stanu otwartej edukacji i nauki w Polsce. Panel by\u0142 tak\u017ce okazj\u0105 do mi\u0119dzysektorowej debaty na temat mo\u017cliwych kierunk\u00f3w rozwoju otwarto\u015bci w Polsce. Wyst\u0105pienia plenarne zosta\u0142y wyg\u0142oszone przez <strong>Ank\u0119 Mulder<\/strong> (Vice-President for Education and Operations Delf Univeristy of Technology)<strong>, Jana Gondola <\/strong>(<strong>koordynator procesu przyst\u0105pienia S\u0142owacji do Open Government Partnership (OGP) <\/strong>oraz<strong> Jaros\u0142awa Lipszyca <\/strong>(prezes Fundacji Nowoczesna Polska, autor koncepcji portalu \u201eW\u0142\u0105cz Polsk\u0119\u201d).<span id=\"more-8129\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Konferencja zosta\u0142a organizowana pod patronatem Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wy\u017cszego, Koalicji Otwartej Edukacji.
